



The Flow Forming Process: Once the face of the wheel has been cast, the alloy is secured into a rotating lathe over a barrel mould. Extreme & constant heat along with pressure is applied. This allows for the wheels barrel to be pressed and stretched to the desired width using roller arms spinning at high speeds to mould the barrel into shape.
This process compresses the aluminium making our flow formed wheels STRONGER & LIGHTER than their cast alternative
